PROGRAMME DELIVERY

We bring extensive knowledge and experience in the delivery of change, from small and medium-sized projects to major programmes and portfolios including some of the most complex national initatives. 

These include leading agile design and assurance activity in DWP's £2billion Universal Credit programme and managing the delivery of HMRC's extensive Brexit portfolio. Have also led the introduction of identity management and multi-factor authentication for millions of HMRC customers, greatly improving personal and organisational security and generating business case savings of more than £3billion.

The Director has been personally responsible for establishing a number of award-winning Project & Digital Academies across government departments. Jim Downie - Director


Jim Downie is a former senior civil servant, known as a respected adviser up to the highest levels. He is an APM Chartered Project Professional (ChPP), Project Leadership Programme graduate (Cranfield) and PRINCE2 Practitioner. His personal commitment, through JFD Consulting, is to always offer a high quality service. This meets a client's needs by providing the full range of support required, bringing additional expertise onboard as required.
